My OTP is not working/ I am not getting an OTP to proceed in the app?
Based on the strength of your network coverage it can take up to 5 minutes to get an OTP. It is advisable to wait for at least 5 minutes after you trigger an OTP before you request for a new OTP to avoid duplication of OTP.
I am unable to receive my OTP for login.
