• Can I extend my loan?

  If you wish to extend your loan period, simply request for an extension on the loan page. The tenure may be extended four per loan.

• How do I repay the loan?

  You can repay your loan anytime during the tenure through the Loan Page on the app—just tap the 'Repay' button. You’ll be redirected to your UPI app to complete the payment. Easy!"

• How is the money/loan disbursed?

  Approved Loan of an applicant will be disbursed securely directly into VPA (a.k.a UPI ID) entered by them on the StuCred app.

• My loan closure transaction is successful, but why has not my loan been closed?

  Kindly send a mail to care@stucred.com with the payment screenshot. We’ll check and update you shortly.

• Loan credit transaction failed, but new loan has been created in my StuCred profile.
