The loan credit transaction is successful but a loan has not been created in my StuCred profile yet.
If the loan credit transaction is successful and the money has been received in your linked bank a/c, but, a loan has not yet been Credited in your StuCred Account, the following steps could help:
· Refresh the app's 'Home' page by pulling the page down to refresh.
· Checking internet connectivity.
· Force stopping the StuCred app and re-opening it.
If the issue is still not resolved, kindly explain the issue clearly and send an email to care@stucred.com .
