  Based on the strength of your network coverage it can take up to 5 minutes to get an OTP. It is advisable to wait for at least 5 minutes after you trigger an OTP before you request for a new OTP to avoid duplication of OTP.

• My phone OTP timed out. What do I do?

  Don't worry! Select ‘Re-send OTP’ and retry.

• I have not received a phone OTP. What do I do?

  Don't worry! Select ‘Re-send OTP’ and retry. OTPs can take up to 5 minutes to be delivered when the network is congested.

• How do I secure my repayments through external payments links?

  Repayment must be done only through repayment links shared by StuCred. Never make a repayment directly to a UPI ID or Phone number.
