My loan extension transaction is successful, but why has not my loan been extended?

Your StuCred loan extension charge is not yet credited to our bank, because our bank is yet to confirm the deposit status.
  • Sometimes, due to technical issues at the bank, money transfer gets delayed. In these cases, Banks take upto 3 working days to confirm transaction status.
  • If the amount has been debited from your account in the name of StuCred, kindly share a payment screenshot along with the UTR number and email it to care@stucred.com. Once we receive the details, we will check and update you on the current status of your payment.
