Loan credit transaction failed, but new loan has been created in my StuCred profile.

If the transaction has failed and the money has not been received in your linked bank a/c, but, a new loan has been created in your StuCred profile, the following steps could help:
  1. Refresh the app borrow page by pulling page down to refresh.
  2. Checking internet connectivity.
  3. Check the “Date Taken” field on the loan card to ensure its a new loan and not previously taken loan.
  4. Closing StuCred app and re-opening app.
