Login through given link https://myscore.cibil.com/

GOTO Menu tab and click ‘CIBIL REPORT ‘option

After clicking CIBIL REPORT go to bottom of the page and click ‘RAISE DISPUTE’

 Choose ‘ACCESS DISPUTE FORM’

Select type of dispute and proceed with steps as per your requirement

Select ‘FIND SOLUTION’

Click on ‘RAISE DISPUTE’ button.
