• Can I extend my loan?

  If you wish to extend your loan period, simply request for an extension on the loan page. The tenure may be extended twice per loan.

• Can I repay before my due date?

  Yes, you can close the loan at anytime before your due date.

• Can I make a partial payment and take an extension for the balance amount I need to repay?

  Loan repayments need to be made in full. We charge a minimum fee extending a loan, in case you need it.

• What is the loan tenure?

  Loan tenures can be upto 90 days, including extensions. There are no charges for pre-payment.

• Will I receive any notifications to help me repay on time?
