• How do I delete my StuCred Account?

  Go to profile, Select delete account. Once your delete request is approved by our Accounts Manager, your account will be deleted from the StuCred app

• What do I need to create a StuCred account?

  The only things you need to create a StuCred account are: Phone number College details (College Name, College ID & Email ID) Government ID (Aadhaar Card & PAN Card / Driving License)  Video OTP for liveliness check

• What if someone tries to sign in to my account from another device?

  The app is only accessible from your registered device. One cannot sign in to your account as we use a secure two step verification process while logging in to the app.

• How do I verify my StuCred account?

  To verify, scan Govt IDs (Front & Back), college ID card (Front & Back), and submit a video OTP. That’s it!

  Goto www.cibil.com Click on ‘GET A FREE CIBIL SCORE’ Fill the form with government identification details Login with your email ID and password you have set
