The app is only accessible from your registered device. One cannot sign in to your account as we use a secure two step verification process while logging in to the app.
Based on the strength of your network coverage it can take up to 5 minutes to get an OTP. It is advisable to wait for at least 5 minutes after you trigger an OTP before you request for a new OTP to avoid duplication of OTP.
